This fee includes all materials for each session as well as continuing education, however it does not include meals.\n**If you are a member of ND SHRM and you only want to attend the three risk management specific sessions, the registration fee is $100 per person. This fee includes all materials for each session as well as continuing education plus your $25 annual membership fee to ND SHRM, however it does not include meals.\nHOTEL INFORMATION\nThe Holiday Inn in Fargo, ND is the venue for the convention. A block of rooms has been established. Please ask for the Hospital-HSI room block. Participants are encouraged to bring a light sweater or jacket as room temperatures are unpredictable.\nMEALS & SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS\nUnless otherwise noted, meals are included with paid registration fees, or registrations provided complimentary by NDHA.\nIf you have a special health, mobility, or dietary need, please contact Pam Cook at the NDHA office (701-224-9732) or email pcook@ndha.org ( mailto:pcook@ndha.org ). Vegetarian or gluten free meals are available but must be ordered in advance.\n\nCONTINUING EDUCATION\nApplication will be made to the ND Board of Nursing for all applicable sessions.\nNorth Dakota Hospital Association is an approved provider of continuing education by the ND Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. No CEU’s are given for attendance at the NDHA annual business meeting.\nThe ND Hospital Association is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). Those sessions approved will be identified with the following logo:\n\n\n\nCANCELLATION POLICY\nPlease notify NDHA if you need to cancel your registration by calling 701-224-9732 or email Pam Cook at pcook@ndha.org ( mailto:pcook@ndha.org ). Refunds will be given to those who cancel their registrations up to three full working days prior to the convention. Cancellations after this deadline will not be eligible for refunds. Exceptions will be made in the case of a medical or facility emergency.
