Speaker:
Patrick Massey is an experienced emergency management leader with 30 years of expertise in risk assessment, disaster operations planning and incident response. As Emergency Preparedness Director at Health Quality Innovators (HQI), he helps health care providers strengthen emergency preparedness and response plans, improve regulatory compliance and enhance readiness across care settings. Prior to joining HQI, Mr. Massey served nine years the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and twenty years with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
