The NDHA Health Benefits Trust was established at the request of members to help address the ever-increasing costs and challenges in providing health care benefits. The Trust began operating in 2021 as a partially funded state-approved MEWA. The Trust is governed by a five-member board of trustees elected by the Association to serve three-year terms.
