NDONL, the state organization for nursing leaders, provides direction and leadership for the advancement of nursing practice and patient care in organized healthcare systems, in the achievement of excellence in nursing leadership practice, and in the shaping of policy affecting healthcare delivery from the perspective of nursing leaders.

NDONL is an affiliate chapter of the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL).
