Overview:

Forget everything you’ve come to expect from an ethics course. This one won’t put you to sleep…in fact, it just might wake you up!

This dynamic, 3-hour session goes far beyond the rulebook, using compelling case studies, interdisciplinary insights, and lively discussion to bring legal and professional ethics to life. Through interactive scenario analysis and guided reflection, participants will examine the real-world tensions that arise when values, obligations, and systems collide.

With a focus on practical application and critical thinking, this course invites attendees to unpack the gray areas of decision-making, confront the complexity of ethical leadership, and reframe ethics as an ongoing, human-centered practice. Whether you work in law, health care, leadership, or direct patient-facing service, you’ll leave with tools to navigate tough calls with confidence, clarity, and integrity.
