Medical staff development planning is an opportunity to enhance organizational growth. Hospitals can identify the provider complement that will help execute the hospital’s strategic plan. This webinar will explain how a disconnect between a recruitment plan and an organizational strategy can happen. The session will also cover the effective use of provider resources and the importance of implementing a strategic approach to medical staff development planning.
At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
- Determine how providers should intersect with the organization’s strategic plan objectives.
- Explain the implications for physician recruitment activity.
- Identify the results for C-suite physician strategy activity.
