NDHA actively monitors legislative and regulatory activites in Washington, D.C., and maintains regular contact with members of the North Dakota Congressional delegation to ensure that federal policy serves the needs of North Dakota hospitals and patients they serve. NDHA has a Federal Affairs Consultant in Washington, D.C. to ensure NDHA members are represented. NDHA works with our national partner, American Hospital Association (AHA), for advocacy and up to the minute information at the national level.
